Retail Sales Representative — Overview

We are looking for a qualified retail sales representative to provide customers with outstanding service and ensure their needs are met. A good candidate has strong communication skills, a positive and friendly attitude, and the ability to delight customers and make them feel welcomed and respected. The role requires effectively handling potential customer questions, complaints, and refunds to leave customers satisfied and encourage repeat visits.

The candidate should have excellent product knowledge and ensure the selling floor is always fully stocked and organized.

• Greet customers and assist with their needs
• Educate customers on current promotions and products (e.g., Wax Pass)
• Introduce customers to new products and inform them about sales and promotions
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
• Answer questions about products or services
• Stock and organize product racks; keep the selling floor tidy
• Handle returns and coordinate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent
• BS degree in marketing or related field is a plus
• Experience as a retail sales representative or in a similar role is a plus
• Familiarity with visual merchandising
• Ability to stock and restock shelves
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good organization and teamwork abilities
• Positive and friendly attitude
