Sales Associates

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Lin's Jewelry team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese

• Engage customers in a welcoming and professional manner
• Utilize retail sales techniques to drive sales and meet targets
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

• Fluency in Japanese or Korean is a plus
• Proficiency in basic math for transactions
• Prior experience in retail sales preferred
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of retail math concepts
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
• Familiarity with appliance sales is advantageous
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
