• Plan and coordinate field service activities: labor, tools, parts, subcontractors, and scheduling
• Support PLC programming, diagnostics, and control logic troubleshooting
• Diagnose electrical/mechanical issues including schematics, wiring, 4–20 mA signals, and transmitters
• Lead or support equipment installation, startup, and commissioning at customer sites
• Calibrate and troubleshoot sensors, transmitters, and control panel components
• Follow substation safety practices and utility/customer site procedures
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers in the field

• 5+ years of hands‑on field service experience
• You can read a schematic or control drawing without a second thought; NEC/NFPA standards aren’t new to you
• You're comfortable with PLCs, relay logic, instrumentation, and control panels
• You're the person on‑site customers trust — strong communicator, natural relationship‑builder
• You don't mind travel, including overnight, because the work is worth it
