Position: Class A CDL Driver - Home Bi Weekly

Qualifications

  • The driver must have a valid Class A CDL license.
  • 4+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
  • Must live within 14 miles of Jersey City, NJ.
  • No SAP drivers.
Job Details

This position offers consistent and predictable routes, with great pay. Driver delivers freight to the Northeast and Midwest regions.

  • Average Weekly Pay
    : $1,670.00 - $2,184.00 Weekly
  • Home time
    :
    Home every 2 weeks for 2 full days.
  • Drivers could run in any of these states - MA, CT, NY (Albany and Syracuse), Backhauls out of Buffalo, NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN & KY.
  • Equipment
    :
    Automatic sleeper cabs and pull 53’ refrigerated trailers. Parking for trucks at the main facility.

Summary

As a Regional Class A Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor‑trailer to transport freight across the Northeast and Midwest regions. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your core skills in commercial driving and truck operation will be essential for timely deliveries. You will utilize premium skills such as handling manual transmissions and dry van trailers, while also applying relevant experience in load and unload procedures.

The organization expects you to maintain high safety standards and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction throughout your routes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a Class A tractor‑trailer to transport freight safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
  • Participate in employee orientation and training programs as required.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate deliveries.
