The Warehouse Associate supports all day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments; inspecting inventory for damages; accurately filling customer orders; maintaining inventory records; and operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and powered industrial tools.

• Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock.
• Scan items into the warehouse management system.
• Maintain clear records of inventory and stock.
• Inspect stock for damages and record findings.
• Organize warehouse space for efficiency.
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment.
• Record accurate arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Perform routine cleaning duties.
• Interface with management to ensure key objectives are met.
• Maintain safety regulations and compliance with applicable laws.

Minimum Requirements:

• Accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards.
• Lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10‑50 lbs regularly; lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, sit, climb, and balance as required.
• Work in various environmental conditions.
• Work in narrow aisles or passageways.
• Have clear, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Time‑management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Work well with colleagues and supervisors.
• Flexible availability for various shifts and overtime.
• 1‑2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Capability to secure and transfer cash or other assets.
