Bookkeeper

Our client located in Keene, NH is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their growing team.

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, including accounts payable, payroll, general ledger accounting, chart of accounts maintenance, and invoice automation rules maintenance.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, surveys, and basic tax filings.
• Accounting or bookkeeping certificate strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with cloud‑based accounting systems, including Quick Books Online.
• Experience with AP automation and bill‑pay platforms such as , Ottimate, Ramp, or similar financial workflow tools.
• Experience working with integrated cloud‑based business systems, including POS, payroll, banking, expense management, and document management platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills.
• Positive team player with excellent communication skills.

• Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Coordinate payroll and member‑owner accounting activities.
• Administer and support accounts payable automation platforms and integrated bill‑payment workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains.
• Prepare financial, tax, and regulatory reporting.
• Support annual audit preparation.
• Maintain files.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• $24‑$26/hour, depending on experience.
• Full‑time, direct‑hire opportunity.
