Personal Lines Senior Account Manager

We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. If you have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you!

This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely. Because we value in-person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within a reasonable traveling distance to one of our VT or NH locations.

Brattleboro, Vermont / Keene, New Hampshire / New Hampshire and Vermont / Wilmington, Vermont / Bennington, Vermont / Manchester Center, Vermont / Middlebury, Vermont / Springfield, Vermont / Concord, New Hampshire / Burlington, Vermont

• At least 5 years of prior industry experience
• An active Property & Casualty License
• A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
• A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
• Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system

Salary Range: $55K - $65K
