Operations Manager, Construction Manager/ Foreman
Overview
Finley Construction Company, LLC is seeking skilled, reliable Residential Construction Jobsite Foreman to lead residential construction and remodeling projects throughout the region. In this role, you’ll take ownership of your jobsite from start to finish—setting it up properly, guiding daily work, and seeing each project through to a clean, successful closeout. If you’re ready to step into a leadership role where your work, judgment, and communication directly shape the client experience, you’ll find a strong fit at Finley Construction—an award-winning company known for professionalism, trust, and high standards.
