WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS:This is not a “front desk job.”
This is:- Sales.
- Customer leadership.
- Workflow coordination.
- Trust-building.
- Performance accountability.
You are the bridge between the customer and the shop. You set the tone. You control the communication. You protect the experience.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN:- Greeting customers and setting expectations clearly.
- Explaining inspection results in plain language.
- Presenting estimates confidently and ethically.
- Providing proactive updates (customers never chase us).
- Coordinating workflow with the shop team.
- Following up on deferred work and thank-you calls.
- Protecting margins while applying policies correctly.
You are not “taking messages.” You are guiding decisions.
