You are the bridge between the customer and the shop. You set the tone. You control the communication. You protect the experience.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
  • Greeting customers and setting expectations clearly.
  • Explaining inspection results in plain language.
  • Presenting estimates confidently and ethically.
  • Providing proactive updates (customers never chase us).
  • Coordinating workflow with the shop team.
  • Following up on deferred work and thank-you calls.
  • Protecting margins while applying policies correctly.

You are not “taking messages.” You are guiding decisions.
