Personal Lines Account Manager

• Manage Personal Lines accounts
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Support training, team building, and strategic meetings through in-person collaboration
• Use computer systems and agency management tools for accurate data entry and account management

• Prior industry exposure
• An active Property & Casualty License
• Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
• Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system preferred, not required
• Must live within reasonable traveling distance to one of the VT or NH locations
