Duties & Responsibilities:

Due to continued growth within the USA service team, we have a vacancy for a full time (40 hours/week) inside service coordinator to support our customer base. After completing a training program, you will be involved & responsible for the following activities:
Issue service quotations to customers Track customer calibration frequency and outreach to customers past due Promote and quote service contracts Initiate e-mail campaigns promoting upgrades and services Coordinate service visits with customer and field service engineers Maintain customer databases

Essential & Desirable

Skills:

High energy level with ability to take initiative. Teamwork oriented with collaborative style, pragmatic, multitasking, flexible. Ability to articulate clearly and timely with customers to provide world class service. Drive and collaboration experience to identity process improvement areas. Computer fluent, with specific attention to e-mail and Microsoft Office product skills; CRM and service tools. Good communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to interact effectively in English.

Follow set procedures but can identify when change is required.

Qualifications:

College degree with internship experience or high school diploma and customer service experience in professional workplace. Proven experience in high demand customer service. English: good communication skills, written and spoken. Able to lift 25lbs to assist with spares and service shipments. Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-marking, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
