Preschool Classroom Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient, and energetic Preschool Classroom Assistant to join our passionate team of educators. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable stepping outside the traditional "classroom" setting to support students in dynamic, non-traditional environments.

• Targeted Support:
  Assisting teachers and students to improve academic achievement in a variety of school settings.
• Student Empowerment:
  Working directly with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and foundational skills.
• Foundational Success:
  Providing the extra boost students need to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Education:
  
  Associate's degree, two years of college (approx. 48 credits), or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Working with middle school aged children is preferred.
