Are you passionate about helping young learners find their footing? Fuller Elementary is looking for dedicated, patient, and energetic Paraprofessionals for the  school year, in the Learning Center and the EPIC Program. This role is vital in creating a nurturing environment where our students can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

• Work Schedule:
  
  6.5 hours per day, following the school year calendar (summers, vacations and holidays off).
• Primary Goal:
  To assist in the instruction and progress of students across diverse educational environments.
• Collaborative Environment:
  Work closely with lead teachers to implement curriculum and support student growth.

• Education:
  
  Associate's degree or two years of college (approximately 48 credits) or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to adapt to different classroom needs, strong communication skills, and a commitment to student success.
