- Work Schedule: 7.5 hours per day, following the school year calendar.
- Primary Goal: To assist in the instruction and progress of students across diverse educational environments.
- Instruction: Provide direct, hands‑on coaching to help students master specific job tasks, workplace social skills, and safety protocols.
