Overview
The Keene School District (SAU 29) is looking for a passionate, student‑centered School Psychologist to join our Elementary team! If you want to make a meaningful, lasting impact on our youngest learners during their most foundational years, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Early Intervention & Assessment: Evaluate developmental milestones, cognitive strengths, and social‑emotional needs to identify learning and behavioral differences early.
- Collaborative Planning: Partner closely with elementary educators, specialists, and families to design actionable Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans.
- Direct Support: Provide age‑appropriate counseling, emotional regulation strategies, and social‑skills interventions.
- Systemic Advocacy: Interpret state/federal standards to help guide school teams through the special education process smoothly.

This job reports to the Principal and the Director of Student Services.
CertificationEligible for or holding New Hampshire School Psychologist endorsement (0046) OR Associate School Psychologist and New Hampshire Psychologist License.
Education and RequirementsMaster's Degree +30 or higher preferred. Successful completion of NH criminal background check and pre‑employment physical is required.
