Special Education Teacher - Keene, Hampshire

Enjoy variety in your workweek, collaborating with three dedicated school buildings: one focusing on primary grades, another serving upper grades, and a third supporting high school students with diverse learning needs.

• Valid New Hampshire Special Education Teacher certification (required)
• Experience delivering individualized instruction and support to students with varying abilities, behaviors, and IEPs
• Adaptability to work on-site across multiple locations
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments
• Excellent communication skills for working with classroom staff, families, and administrators

• Develop, implement, and assess IEPs tailored to each student's unique strengths and challenges
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to create and modify instructional materials
• Provide direct small-group and individualized instruction
• Collect and document data on student progress and achievement
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
• Respond to the academic and emotional needs of students within an inclusive school community
