Fast-growing leader in sustainable resource recovery building industrial-scale anaerobic digestion and RNG infrastructure. They deliver high-impact greenfield projects that turn waste streams into renewable energy and long-term value - technical, well-funded, and mission-driven.

Lead detail design and execution for multiple greenfield anaerobic digester projects ($20–100M each). You’ll own project delivery end-to-end, budget, schedule, contracts, procurement, construction, commissioning, while working with internal process engineering, development, procurement, finance and senior leadership to deliver safe, compliant, on-budget projects that scale their technology.

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from basis-of-design through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage cross-functional project team (development, engineering, procurement, construction, finance).
• Direct design-builder and internal process engineers to produce construction-ready documents.
• Define scope, schedule, budget; own cost control, forecasting and ERP reporting.
• Procure capital equipment: spec, negotiate, and manage vendor delivery.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage design-build, engineering and construction contracts; balance risk.
• Ensure regulatory, safety and code compliance, including ITC domestic content, safe harbor and prevailing wage requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records, change logs, as-builts, and closeout/warranty resolution.
• Provide clear, timely updates and risk mitigation to senior leadership.
• Travel to sites for planning and construction coordination; mentor project staff.

• 7+ years’ PM experience delivering development/engineering/construction of commercial, industrial or energy process facilities
• Hands-on experience with process plant engineering and construction - wastewater/anaerobic digestion strongly preferred.
• Proven contract negotiation and design-build management skills.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, ERP use.
• Proficient with Primavera or MS Project and advanced Excel; MS Office/Teams.
• Excellent communicator and leader; strong stakeholder management.
• Self-starter, adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast pace environment.
