Job Description
Summary:
Seeking a Controls Engineer to execute full-phase electrical designs, PLC programming, and integration of automation systems.
- Extensive experience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Siemens)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical for scratch design
- Experience in robotics (Epson, KUKA preferred)
- Knowledge of motors, drives, actuators, robots, vision systems, sensors, servo controls
- Strong background in robotics and automation systems
- Familiarity with vision systems and proximity/photo sensors
- Program PLCs, safety systems, and layout HMI displays
- Source and program various automation components
- Handle full system programming including testing, debugging, and commissioning
- Execute complete electrical designs and create professional schematics and panel layouts
- Create Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects
Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
