Role Description

This is a full‑time Industrial Hygienist role based in New Hampshire, United States, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for a mix of on‑site and work‑from‑home days. The Industrial Hygienist will conduct site assessments, inspections, and sampling related to indoor air quality, occupational exposures, and environmental health concerns. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential hazards, performing air and noise monitoring, interpreting results, and preparing clear technical reports and recommendations for clients.

The role involves developing and implementing exposure control strategies, supporting Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) programs, and assisting clients with regulatory compliance and documentation. The Industrial Hygienist will work closely with project managers, field staff, and clients, occasionally traveling to client sites across the region to perform evaluations, training, and follow‑up assessments.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in Indoor Air Quality and Air Quality assessment, monitoring, and remediation strategies.
  • Strong background in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Environmental Health, including relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Applied knowledge of Occupational Health principles, exposure assessment, and control measures in industrial, commercial, and institutional settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related scientific field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIH, CSP) are a plus.
  • Experience conducting field sampling, using industrial hygiene monitoring equipment, and interpreting analytical data.
  • Proficiency in writing clear technical reports and communicating findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including travel to client sites, and the ability to work safely in a variety of field conditions.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and relevant state regulations applicable to industrial hygiene and environmental health.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet any site‑specific safety and background requirements.
