** Position Summary*
* Senior level technical services role supporting equipment maintenance, new equipment integration, facility engineering work, and equipment reliability.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance

+ Develop, optimize, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve reliability

+ Analyze equipment performance data and lead root cause investigations to resolve recurring failures

+ Provide technical support and training to technicians and operators on equipment operation, maintenance practices, and safety protocols

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and operations, to ensure equipment meets operational requirements

+ Lead facility and equipment projects from scope development through execution and commissioning

+ Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to equipment performance and facility systems

+ Comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements

+ Document engineering activities, maintenance strategies, and project updates in CMMS and related systems

** Required Qualifications*
* + Associate's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience

+ 3+ years of experience in equipment, facilities, or manufacturing roles (or equivalent hands-on technical experience)

+

Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance program development

+ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across mechanical and/or electrical systems

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Manufacturing experience (optics/coatings/CNC preferred for your site)

+ Lean / Six Sigma experience

+ Reliability engineering exposure

* The range for this position is $71,139.00 - $97,817.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
