A leading UK life insurer is looking to hire a Principal Reinsurance Structuring Actuary to take a core role in shaping funded reinsurance execution across a major BPA franchise. • Help lead the execution of funded reinsurance arrangements and longevity swap novations, working closely with BPA Deals, CIO, Finance, Risk, Tax and Reinsurance Operations.
• Shape reinsurance frameworks.
• Support counter party approvals.
• Take ownership of legal documentation – an area where actuarial expertise combined with contract fluency is particularly valued.

• Qualified actuary and/or CFA preferred but not essential.
