Position: Trust Administrator-1

Location:Consideration in Concord or Keene, New Hampshire

FLSA:Non-Exempt, Non Management Staff Administrative Support

Salary:Negotiable based on level of experience between $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Position Overview

In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration of trust relationships, respond to client service needs, and ensure account activity is handled accurately and in accordance with governing documents, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and able to manage confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Support the administration of trust and fiduciary accounts accordance with governing documents and internal procedures
  • Respond to client service requests and account-related inquiries
  • Coordinate distributions, transfers, account reviews, and related documentation accurately and on time
  • Prepare client materials and support ongoing advisor and client relationships
  • Monitor account activity, maintain accurate records, and assist with compliance and audit reviews
  • Partner with advisors and internal team members to deliver a high-quality client experience
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Investments, or a related field preferred. Two or more years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, wealth management, or investment administration preferred. Consideration will be given to those with relevant experience in lieu of educational requirements.

Preferred Skills

The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting clients, financial accounts, and sensitive documentation is highly valued.
