Monadnock Developmental Services is seeking a qualified applicant for a part-time, 10-15 hours per week, DSP position in the Keene area. Very flexible schedule.
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and upbeat individual to provide supportive care to a joyful and vibrant woman who has a sensitive, caring heart and a wonderful sense of humor. She enjoys being around others and is eager to build meaningful friendships with people who share her interests. DirectSupport Professional Responsibilities
- Encourage social interaction, friendship-building, and participation in enjoyable activities
- Offer gentle guidance, consistency, and reassurance as needed
- Assist with daily routines and community engagement (as applicable)
- Foster a safe, positive, and uplifting environment
- Kind, patient, and compassionate personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and consistency in attendance and support
- Ability to provide encouragement while respecting independence

- Experience supporting individuals in community or home settings

Minimum Qualifications Include

Schedule is flexible, including weekday and/or weekend hours.
