Job Details:

• Coordinate total nursing care for adult-geriatric patient population

• Participate in patient and family teaching

• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and patient team personnel

• Must be willing to float to Thompson Unit if needed

• Float to Kingsbury CUSTODIAL patients as needed (higher patient ratio, lower acuity)

• Work every other weekend schedule with holidays as needed

• No on-call responsibilities

• 2+ years Med Surg experience required

• EPIC EMR experience required

• Must have own vehicle for transportation

• Professional scrubs required (no logos)

• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

• New Hampshire RN license or Compact required

• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility (no local travelers)

• All medical/occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance

• Shift accommodation requests will not be considered

• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
