BLOCK SCHEDULING IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS NEED.

• Positions patient on examining table and adjusts immobilization devices as needed to obtain optimum views of specified area of body requested by Physician.
• Must be capable of completing all routine diagnostic procedures.
• Moves radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment into specified position and adjusts equipment controls to set exposure factors such as time and distance.
• Operates film processing equipment.
• Operates mobile radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment in operating room emergency room or at patient's bedside.
• Practices radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff.
• Ability to prioritize and organize daily work flow.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Dress code: Hospital blue scrubs (provided), business casual with a lab coat, basic plain personal scrubs. No hooded sweatshirts. Closed toe shoes-sneakers or clogs. Hair worn pulled back if longer than shoulder length, no dangling earrings.

Requirements

• 1+ year of current X-Ray Tech experience in a hospital setting - [Required]
• MUST be proficient/highly experience with the following;
  Fluoroscopy, Digital Radiography, Portables, & OR c-arm - [Required]
• MUST have experience with ALL ages groups - [Required]
• Previous travel experience - [Preferred]
• NH MIRT [REQUIRED]! Temp available with a FAST turnaround for those who carry an equivalent state license.
• This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
