Position Overview
The Analyst of Business Systems/ERP will be the subject matter expert for Procurement systems, work on a team that supports the functionality configuration, and liaise between Operations and IT Support. This position will enable the ability to improve their operations to be better, faster and more competitive in Procurement by maintaining the functionality of Procurement platform and assist in complex configuration, testing, problem solving, documentation, and projects.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the team to develop functional business requirements and modifications to distribution systems for all aspects of the business including procurement, IC, Payroll, Human Resources, Warehousing, Transportation and Customer Support.
Participate in all testing:
System integration/User acceptance and simulation testing, which includes modifications made to the software.
Partner with the business users to define the Procurement strategies and configuration parameters that will drive stock keeping levels.
Assist in developing reports related to forecast and inventory measurements.
Act as a subject matter expert in the supply chain planning, procurement and supply chain execution functional areas.
Participate in the development of functional strategy and recommend best practices to modify existing solutions, standard operating practices, procedures and policies.
Research and document distribution system issues.
Engage in mapping, configuration, design and testing of all supply chain planning, procurement and supply chain execution modules ensuring systems availability, stability, performance, compliance and security.
Create training/testing documents and facilitate training sessions for distribution systems, as necessary.
Provide functional and technical expertise for other business analysts and programming resources in the portfolio, including setting priorities, reviewing work products and reporting of team activities.
Review, implement and communicate procedural changes that allow current processes to be more effective and efficient.
Establish and perform training for the end user on basic system functionality.

Skills- Knowledge of supply chain systems.
- Expertise in procurement and supply chain management, project management, IT systems technical and functional architecture.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with business, customers, cross‑functional teams to set and maintain priorities, design, lead on functional and technical IT system project implementations.
