SAP Procure to Pay Analyst

• Analyze complex business problems to be solved with SAP ECC, S/4
  
  HANA, and associated business applications
• Identify, evaluate, and develop cost-effective systems and procedures that enhance business performance and meet user requirements
• Configure SAP system settings and options at the project level
• Create integration mapping and interface specifications
• Plan and execute unit and integration testing
• Create system specifications to meet business requirements
• Translate user requests into application system solutions
• Analyze requirements and design, implement, enhance, and modify system configurations
• Resolve business issues with system users, management, consultants, and software support staff
• Work in multidisciplinary teams on complex SAP processes and procedures
• Define requirements for forms and reports
• Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results
• Coordinate end-user training documentation and train end users as required
• Analyze business practices, processes, and scenarios and recommend best practices
• Use query and reporting tools to provide information to system users and determine appropriate programming tools
• Support and maintain non-SAP applications or systems as needed
• Participate in creating and enforcing IT software standards and procedures
• Maintain the helpdesk database and knowledgebase of corrective actions

• 10+ years of Procure to Pay experience on both S/4
  
  HANA and/or ECC
• Vendor invoice management experience in SAP or non-SAP environments
• Experience with Ivalua preferred
• BA/BS degree required
• Proven software systems experience
• Understanding of database applications, system development, report writing, and SAP ERP
• Production support and project experience
• Strong SAP user and project experience
• Detailed SAP technical configuration and Procure to Pay business process knowledge
• Solid project management experience
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of SAP best practices
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
• Ability to interact with all levels and work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimum supervision
• US Persons required
• Must not currently hold or require a work visa in the future

Demonstrates extensive experience in SAP ECC and S/4

HANA, with a strong focus on Procure to Pay processes, system configuration, and project management. Capable of analyzing complex business problems and translating user requirements into effective system solutions while ensuring adherence to SAP best practices.
