Site Manager (Vendor Managed Inventory) – Tool Crib, Inventory & Industrial Supply Operations

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $50,000–$65,000 Base Salary + Comprehensive Benefits |

You'll take ownership of an onsite tool crib and inventory operation, ensuring production and maintenance teams have the critical tools, MRO supplies, and consumables they need to keep operations running efficiently. This is a highly visible role offering autonomy, customer interaction, and opportunities to make a measurable impact on inventory performance and operational success.

• Lead onsite tool crib, stockroom, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) operations within a manufacturing facility.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure critical MRO products remain available.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for maintenance, production, and operations teams.
• Prepare customer quotes, source products, and identify opportunities to improve service, reduce costs, and increase inventory efficiency.
• Generate inventory, purchasing, and operational KPI reports while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

• 2+ years of experience in:
  Tool crib operations, Inventory management, Purchasing, Warehouse operations, Industrial distribution, MRO supply environments, Manufacturing support preferred

• Experience with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or purchasing software
• Familiarity with Prophet 21 (P21) is a plus
• Understanding of cycle counting, inventory replenishment, FIFO, and inventory optimization practices
• Knowledge of industrial products, cutting tools, safety supplies, maintenance products, or MRO materials is highly desirable
