Shift Supervisor – Keene State College, Keene, NH

Location:

229 Main Street, Keene, NH 03435 (Keene State College).

Compensation: $23.00 per hour, paid hourly with eligibility for shift meals.

Schedule:

Full‑time or part‑time shifts with variable days and hours; weekend work required.

Direct associate activities during a specific shift, ensuring completion of job expectations while maintaining policy and procedure.

• Provide training and create work schedules for associates.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those failing to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety expectations are met.
• Act as the primary contact for employee complaints and time‑off requests.
• Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior supervisory experience preferred; ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
