THE ROLE

As Service Manager at Leon’s Auto Center, you are the on-site leader. Period.

You are responsible for
  • Daily performance of the shop.
  • Team accountability and coaching.
  • Workflow, dispatch, and DVI quality.
  • Customer experience from appointment to pickup.
  • KPI tracking (ARO, GP, efficiency, comeback rate).
  • Facility standards and brand integrity.

You are not babysitting. You are leading.

You will report directly to the Director of Operations and have the autonomy to run the location to a high standard.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAILY
  • Drive workflow and protect promised times.
  • Ensure DVIs meet photo and documentation standards.
  • Monitor billed vs. clocked hours weekly.
  • Enforce discount, AAA, and deposit policies.
  • Handle customer escalations professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, high-standard facility.
  • Coach advisors and foreman through structured 1:1s.
  • Track numbers and act on them.

This is a performance-driven role. If KPIs slip, you act. If team standards slip, you correct.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven leadership experience in automotive service.
  • Strong estimating and workflow knowledge.
  • Data-driven decision maker.
  • Comfortable having hard conversations.
  • Skilled at coaching, not just correcting.
  • Systems proficiency (Protractor, Auto Vitals, etc. a plus).
  • Clean driver’s license.
