THE ROLEAs Service Manager at Leon’s Auto Center, you are the on-site leader. Period.
You are responsible for- Daily performance of the shop.
- Team accountability and coaching.
- Workflow, dispatch, and DVI quality.
- Customer experience from appointment to pickup.
- KPI tracking (ARO, GP, efficiency, comeback rate).
- Facility standards and brand integrity.
You are not babysitting. You are leading.
You will report directly to the Director of Operations and have the autonomy to run the location to a high standard.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAILY- Drive workflow and protect promised times.
- Ensure DVIs meet photo and documentation standards.
- Monitor billed vs. clocked hours weekly.
- Enforce discount, AAA, and deposit policies.
- Handle customer escalations professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, high-standard facility.
- Coach advisors and foreman through structured 1:1s.
- Track numbers and act on them.
This is a performance-driven role. If KPIs slip, you act. If team standards slip, you correct.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR- Proven leadership experience in automotive service.
- Strong estimating and workflow knowledge.
- Data-driven decision maker.
- Comfortable having hard conversations.
- Skilled at coaching, not just correcting.
- Systems proficiency (Protractor, Auto Vitals, etc. a plus).
- Clean driver’s license.
