This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Field Service Technician located in Keene, NH. In this role, you will perform installation, maintenance, and calibration of ultra‑precision machining systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, providing technical support to customers, conducting operator training, and maintaining detailed service records. The position requires extensive interaction with customers and may involve domestic and international travel to various client locations.

• Strong technical skills in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and precision equipment
• Experience with troubleshooting and repair in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for assisting and training clients
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and documentation
• Proven ability to work independently in on‑site environments
• Degree or certification in engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Willingness to travel for both domestic and international assignments
• Familiarity with diamond turning, precision machining, or optics manufacturing is a plus
