Company Overview
We provide Fluid Management & Engineering Services for Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Precision Bearing, and Defense industries. Our services monitor and maintain metalworking fluids—including coolants, cutting oils, cleaners, rust preventatives, and lubricants—to aid in the manufacturing of jet engines, helicopters, and aircraft landing gear.
Responsibilities- Perform fluid sampling for concentration control using refractometer and titration.
- Maintain the Fluid Management Dashboard.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customer management teams.
- Coordinate fluid recharges, purchases, and changeouts with the maintenance lead.
- Manage inventory, provide metalworking concentrate adds, and monitor lubricant adds.
- Maintain fluid and lubricant storage areas.
- Engineering degree required;
Chemical Engineering preferred. - U.S. citizenship required; must pass background/security check and drug test.
- Six Sigma certification or similar experience preferred.
- Experience with metalworking or manufacturing fluids and/or machine lubricants preferred.
- Industry experience with metalworking processes and fluids preferred.
- Strong work ethic, ability to follow direction, work independently and manage detail.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of client personnel, from operator to plant management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Environmental, health and safety training will be provided.
- Position located at the client’s Keene, NH manufacturing facility.
- First shift technician, 40‑45 hours per week.
