GS Precision Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator to join our Manufacturing & Production team in our ultra-precision aerospace, defense, and medical components facility. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC machines, interpret blueprints and GD&T, and use precision measurement tools to verify tight-tolerance parts. You'll follow standardized work, quality, and safety procedures while troubleshooting minor issues and documenting results.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce tight-tolerance components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T requirements
  • Perform part inspection using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools
  • Adjust offsets and basic parameters to maintain quality and productivity
  • Document inspection results and follow established quality and safety procedures
  • Identify and communicate tooling, quality, or process issues to supervisors or engineers
  • Maintain machine cleanliness, organization, and basic preventive maintenance
  • Collaborate with team members to support on-time delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
