Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift travel opportunity in Keene, NH. Seeking experienced Med/Surg/Telemetry RNs with Cardizem and Amiodarone drip experience for a 13-week contract in a 39-bed mixed-acuity Stepdown unit. • Location: Keene, NH 03431 (Keene, New Hampshire)
• Setting: Medical/Surgical, Stepdown (Telemetry)
• Unit: Thompson Unit (39 beds)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (03/30/2026 – 06/27/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (19:00 – 07:00), every other weekend, rotating holidays
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
• Patient Ratios: 4:1 or 5:1, depending on acuity
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,070 - $2,180 per week

• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical RN experience (Med/Surg RN)
• Previous travel nursing experience required (Travel Nurse)
• Telemetry experience required (Telemetry RN)
• Experience managing Cardizem and Amiodarone drips
• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License (proof of state residency required)
• Current BLS certification

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a primarily elderly patient population (patients 18+)
• Provide medical, surgical, and stepdown care including monitoring and titration of Cardizem and Amiodarone drips
• Utilize telemetry monitoring to assess patient status and respond to acute changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety and quality standards
• Participate in rotating holiday and weekend shifts as scheduled
