Urgent Care / Family Practice Nurse Practitioner - New Hampshire
Full-time
Responsibilities- Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of Physician.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’ clinical problems and health care needs.
- Record physical findings, formulate plan and prognosis based on patient’s condition, and provide written home-going instructions.
- Collaborate with Physician and other health professionals to prepare a comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
- Prescribe or recommend medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
- Refer patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment.
- Maintain medical records (in some health centers using Electronic Medical Record software).
- Must hold current NH ARNP license
- DEA registration
- CPR certification
