Description:

ICU RN needed for immediate start.
The unit for critical care nursing features a 10-bed suite.
It focuses on caring for and supporting patients and their families.
Advanced technological systems and tools are used to monitor and treat critical illnesses.
Each patient room is equipped with an electric therapeutic bed.
There is an emergency call system in place.
Cardiac monitoring with additional modules is available.
Wall-mounted documentation stations are provided.
Access to other critical care equipment is ensured.
The patient population includes critically unstable individuals with various conditions.
We aim to provide optimum 24-hour critical care nursing to medical/surgical patients.
Patients require specialized treatment and supportive measures.
This is achieved through rapid recognition and treatment of life-threatening complications.
There is an emphasis on total patient care.
RN patient ratios are 2:1 or 1:1, depending on patient acuity, isolation needs, and RN experience.
