Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position in New Hampshire, requiring 2+ years of critical care experience and current NH or compact RN license.

• Position is in the Radiology Department with focus on diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Adult-geriatric patient population encompassing both inpatient and outpatient care
• Involvement with diagnostic radiology, special procedures, fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, mammography, and MRI
• 10-hour day shifts, Tuesday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• No weekend or call requirements
• Uses Epic EMR system; prior Epic experience is required
• Professional traveler-provided scrubs (without logos) required
• Provide nursing care and assessment in a wide range of radiology settings and participate in emergency response during procedures
• Develop clinical protocols and contribute to patient monitoring and drug administration policies
• Participate in patient and family education and collaborate with ancillary teams
• RTO requests must be included at the time of application and are limited to five days
• Housing information for the area is available via employer-provided flyer
• Local candidates residing within 50 miles are not considered
• Holiday coverage may be required if needed

• Active NH or compact RN license required and must be uploaded for consideration
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required
• At least 2 years of current experience in ICU, ER, or PACU is required
• Experience with interventional radiology preferred; conscious/moderate sedation experience considered
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Traveler must have their own vehicle
