Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) Open

Shifts:

Per Diem Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 7:00 P.M

Full Time Overnight Shift: 7:00 P.M – 7:00

Position Summary

Alpine Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our nursing team. In this role, you will be responsible for safe medication administration while also supporting residents with daily care needs in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
  • Document medication administration and promptly report any concerns or side effects
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nurse
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents and staff
  • Always follow infection control and safety procedures
  • Support a positive, team-focused work culture
Qualifications
  • Current MNA certification/license in good standing
  • Long-term care experience preferred, but new MNAs welcome
  • Strong attention to detail and medication safety
  • Compassionate, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Good communication and organizational skills
