Small team, big capability. Cheshire runs five modern OR suites (plus a sixth in L&D) with a 1:1 nurse‑to‑patient ratio and a culture built on tight interdisciplinary teamwork. You’ll care for adolescent through adult patients, applying evidence‑based practice in a highly technical setting that values safety, quality, and calm under pressure.

• Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (Req # 15806)
  Full‑time 40 hours/week, days, Monday‑Friday 6:45 am‑5:15 pm 4 10‑hour shifts, occasional call
• Registered Nurse (RN) First Assistant (RNFA) – Operating Room (Req # 14978)
  Full‑time 30 hours/week, days, Monday‑Friday 6:45 am‑5:15 pm 3 10‑hour shifts

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current NH RN license, BLS certification, and 1‑year of nursing experience are required.
• Previous surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current New Hampshire Registered Nurse license required.
• ACLS, CNOR required.
• Completion of accredited course in RN First Assisting required.
• Proficiency in perioperative nursing practice as both scrub and circulating nurse for at least three years.
• BLS – Within 3 months of hire and maintained on a biannual basis.

• On‑the‑job training to gain competencies across procedures
• AORN Perioperative 101 Course
• In‑house BLS and ACLS classes/certification
• Leadership support for CNOR specialty certification
• Clinical training site for Dartmouth Hitchcock’s Surgical Technology Training Program
• Clear pathways to nursing leadership, education, CRNA
  , or NP roles with a surgical focus
