REQUIREMENTS
New England Cancer Specialists is looking for a 4-Day, Full-Time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for our growing practices in the New Hampshire region. The candidate will have broad oncology and hematology experience and will collaborate closely with physicians in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients throughout their care in an active outpatient environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct patient interviews, perform physical exams, and develop differential diagnoses.
- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status through interviews, health histories, exams, and diagnostics.
- Order and interpret lab tests and radiologic data, diagnose and treat comorbidities, perform procedures, and prescribe medications per regulations.
- Determine patient eligibility for clinical trials.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements in care quality.
- Facilitate implementation of therapeutic plans based on patients' ongoing healthcare needs.
- Educate patients and families about disease processes and treatments.
- Provide information on symptom management and psychosocial responses to cancer and treatment.
