Utilize ultrasound guidance for IV placement to enhance precision and patient comfort. Ensure proper care, management, and compliance of midlines and PICCs. Act as a resource and expert in vascular access, ensuring optimal device selection for each patient's needs (short PIVs, ultrasound guided PIVs, extended dwell long PIVs, Midlines, and PICCs).

Opportunity for advancement and specialized training in PICC and midline placements.
