We are thrilled to announce that Langdon Place of Keene, a 73-apartment Assisted Living community and skilled rehabilitation unit, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our revitalized team. As an LPN at Langdon Place of Keene, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our residents while working in a warm and welcoming environment.

Shift

Availability
  • Full Time & Part Time Overnight shift: 7:00 P.M or 11:00 P.M.

    - 7:00

    A.M
  • Full and part time Evening shift: 3P.M.

    - 11:00 P.M.
  • Part Time & Per Diem Weekends

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust care plans as needed
  • Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ overall well-being
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
  • Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans
Requirements
  • Valid LPN license in New Hampshire
  • Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required
