• Contract Length: 7 to 16 Weeks (Extension Available)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Openings: Multiple

• Days
• Evenings
• Nights
• 12-Hour Shifts

• Hourly Rate: $49.00/hr
• OT/Holiday Rate: $70.00/hr
• Weekly Gross: Up to $1,960/week (based on 40 hours)

• Country Village Center – Lancaster, NH
• Harris Hill Center – Concord, NH

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Deliver quality patient care in LTC/SNF settings
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Minimum 1 year of recent LTC/SNF experience preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to start within 2 weeks preferred
