Monadnock Family Services is seeking a qualified Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA/CNA) to join our outpatient mental health team. The LNA/CNA provides clinical support to nursing staff, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists, ensuring high-quality care for clients across the lifespan. This role involves obtaining vital signs, supporting clinical documentation, assisting with appointments, and promoting client safety, wellness, and recovery within a structured, recovery-oriented environment.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Current LNA or CNA license/certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work with clients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient mental health or behavioral health settings.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Experience assisting with medication administration.
- Understanding of psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery-oriented practices.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to obtain 1202 medication training with MFS 1202 nurse trainer.
Other Expectations
Maintain a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Transport clients in a personal vehicle when required and appropriate, in accordance with agency policy.
