Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for local float assignments at a skilled nursing facility. The role requires providing quality direct patient care and supporting nursing staff to ensure residents' well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Support nursing staff by delivering basic patient care in accordance with care plans.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
• Follow facility procedures and comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the state of New Hampshire.
• Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents for extended periods.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must provide a valid state or federal photo  copy of CNA license.
• COVID-19 vaccination completed or documented exemption required.
