Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for local contract positions in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and overall condition, reporting any concerns promptly.
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and treatments in compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care.
• Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Maintain a professional presence by wearing identification badges and adhering to facility guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the applicable state.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and manage multiple patient care responsibilities.
