- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to appropriate staff
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient progress and care plans accurately
- Educate patients and families about health management and care
