LPN $31 - $39 | RN $42 - $50, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time mod comp options

LPN $6,000 | RN $8,000

Non-Exempt

We’re looking for an RN or LPN who brings strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a resident-centered approach to nursing care.

You’ll provide direct nursing care, coordinate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team, and help guide assigned nursing personnel. Responsibilities will be performed consistent with your individual licensure and scope of practice. The overlapping RN and LPN responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, resident monitoring, physician communication, care planning, and supervision of assigned nursing staff.

• Provide direct nursing care within your licensure and scope of practice.

• Monitor and assess resident status and communicate significant changes.

• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.

• Perform treatments, wound care, and other permitted nursing procedures.

• Carry out and document physician orders.

• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, rounds, and care planning.

• Direct or supervise assigned nursing personnel as appropriate to licensure.

• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Support infection control, quality improvement, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance.

• Promote teamwork, communication, resident dignity, and quality care.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program appropriate to licensure.

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the practicing state.

• Current CPR certification.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Ability to effectively prioritize resident-care needs.

• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
