The team member roles include cashier, cook, delivery driver, and potential advancement to a Shift Leader position. Specific duties include:

• As a Cashier: greet guests, listen to orders, suggest items, and handle payments (credit cards, rewards cards, and cash) with accuracy and speed. Be knowledgeable of the menu and ordering system.
• As a Cook: prepare and present food according to company specifications using the proper equipment and tools.
• As a Shift Leader: assist the General Manager in restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and training team members.
